"I believe that I've been blessed to travel the world and meet new people and have an understanding of the entertainment industry. I'd be doing my community a disservice if I didn't pass on that information. So no matter what I create from artist development centers and campuses to the curriculum at the collegiate and high school level, you know, there will always be a component of passing along the information to make sure that not only do you develop talent-wise, but you also develop in your understanding of this music industry."
